It was delicious!

This past week we went to the beach ( Port Aransas) with my family. It was Mallory's first experience at the beach. We had a full "house". Mark, Mallory, Me, My Parents (Nana & Pop Pop), Tiffany, JC, Hailey, Aubrey, and Travis. Mallory thought the beach was So Much Fun! She loved digging in the sand, running in the water, and chasing the birds on the beach. She had so much fun that she even napped on the beach one day because she was so tired. Those of you who know Mallory know that she usually can only sleep in a dark quiet room. So she must have been worn out to fall asleep on the beach with everyone around. There was lots of beach time, seafood, and we even had dinner on the beach one night and the girls got to run around on the moonlit beach. All of the girls even went to the Texas State Aquarium. Mallory loved the giant fish tanks and the dolphins. We also went to the marina to watch my dad and Travis come back from their gulf fishing trip. We did however have one ordeal. We got to visit the Corpus Christi Children's ER. Mallory was swinging in the water with my mom and I and her little elbow came out of socket. But the children's hospital was GREAT! We were only there about an hour and a half from registration to discharge. And they showed me how to pop it back in next time it comes out. Not a good solid family vacation without a little drama.

This past weekend I went to my culinary class at the Culinary Institute of America down by the river walk. It was a very neat experience. I learned some cooking tips, knife tips, and great recipes. Then we got to eat tastings of about 20 different recipes!
